This website, www.vishvakruti.com, is owned by C.C. Balu & Company Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956.
The company is engaged in the manufacture and marketing of hand crafted items sourced from across India.
The website provides details of products manufactured or marketed by the Company and allows users to place orders for them.
An online payment method is offered for payments in Indian Rupees. Payment in other currencies are not accepted on this website at present.
The process flow on the website is as follows:
- Users view details of the listed products and select the ones they wish to order
- The Website has a 'Checkout' button / link on the 'Catalogue' and the 'Item Details' pages. Clicking on this button / link
initiates the order process.
- Users clicking on this 'Checkout' button / link are termed 'Customers'; others are termed 'Guest Users'.
- 'Customers' provide their Personally Identificable Information (PII). This PII is gathered primarily for the purposes for
facilitating the despatch of their order.
- No such information is gathered from 'Guest Users'.
- A payment gateway will soon be made available on this website. Upon activation of the gateway and on confirmation of their orders,
'Customers' from India will be taken to the payment gateway site where they may make the payment.
This payment process is termed as 'Online' payment.
- Pending the activation of the payment gateway on this website, on confirmation of their orders,
'Customers' from India will be sent an email with details regarding payment modes. This payment process is termed as 'Offline' payment.
- Orders will be activated on successful receipt of full payment.
- Products will be mailed through India Post wherever possible.
All users of this website are advised to review the User Agreement with our terms and conditions and our policies regarding Privacy;
Shipment, Returns and Refunds; Payments. If the User Agreement or any of our policies are not acceptable, users are advised not to
proceed on this website. Doing so will imply acceptance of the Agreement and the policies.
