C.C. Balu & Company Pvt. Ltd.(hereafter referred to as 'The Company') has its registered office at 20, Kasturi Buildings, Jamshedji Tata Road, Churchgate, Mumbai - 400 020. The Company owns the domain name www.vishvakruti.com and has put up this website on a web host.

The Website provides a 'Checkout' button / link on the 'Catalogue' and 'Product Details' pages that initiates the order process. For the purposes of this Agreement the term 'Order Process' refers to the placement of an order on the Website for items manufactured or marketed by the Company; 'Customer' refers to any user who clicks on the 'Checkout' button / link to intiate the order process and the term 'Guest User' refers to any user who accesses the contents of the website but does not click on the 'Checkout' button / link.

In order to process the order placed by Customers on the Website, the Company collects details regarding contact information, billing and shipping address of the customer. All information considered necessary for communication between the Company and the Customer and for the delivery of the order are marked as mandatory on the Website and are to be provided by the Customer for recording and completing the order process.

No information is collected for guest visitors who do not click on the 'Checkout' button / link to initiate the order process.

No information regarding the Customer's bank account, credit card, debit card or any other account details is gathered on the Website. The Website uses a payment gateway for receiving payments from Customers. No information is received from the payment gateway regarding the Customer's account details.

On this website, the use of the payment gateway is mandatory for payment in Indian Rupees. Users who do not wish to use the payment gateway for Indian Rupee payments may contact us directly with their order requirements. We will provide information to these customers to facilitate the payment.

This website does not accept payments in International Currencies. For orders booked in US dollars on this website, an email is sent automatically with details on how the payment may be made.

In all cases, the customer order will be activated only when the payment is received from the customer. Till the payment is received, the order will be considered pending or inactive.

The use of the Website is offered to you conditioned on acceptance of all terms and conditions and notices in this User Agreement. Upon your acceptance this User Agreement shall be effective and binding upon you along with any amendments made by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the Website. You shall not claim invalidity of this User Agreement merely on the grounds that this agreement is being concluded electronically.

For the aforesaid purposes, the term 'Acceptance' shall mean your affirmative action in clicking on the 'Checkout' button that initiates the order process.

You further agree that this User Agreement is being concluded and executed at Mumbai, India.

Your use of the Website implies that you agree with the terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree or are not willing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this User Agreement and the rules and policies displayed on the Website, please do not click the 'Checkout' button.

Users intending to place orders on the website are advised to carefully review the policies of the Company with regard to Privacy, Refund, Returns as well as Shipping and delivery before proceeding to place an order.
