The Company assures that it will not sell or rent your PII to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. From time to time,
however, we may reveal general statistical information about the Website and its visitors such as number of visitors, number and type of goods
purchased etc. but never your PII.
Information collected on the Website:
We collect the following details on the Website:
Contact Information such as your name and email id
Billing and Shipping Address with details such as your postal address, telephone number and mobile number
We do not collect any information regarding your bank account, credit card or debit card details or any other account related information.
No information at all is collected from 'Guest Visitors' to the Website.
All information that are required mandatorily are marked on the Website. These are required to process your order. Information fields not marked
as mandatory need not be filled and will not hamper the order delivery.
When is this information collected from Customers?
The Website has a 'Checkout' button / link on the 'Catalogue' and 'Product Details' pages (hereafter referred to as the 'Checkout button / link').
Clicking on this button / link initiates the order process that proceeds on the following steps:
- Gather Contact Information and Billing Address
- Gather Shipping Address if different from Billing Address
- Get a confirmation from the Customer for the order
- Gather Payment through Gateway if payment is in Indian Rupees
- Complete recording of order
- Send mail to customer. This mail will contain details for making payments in foreign currencies, if required.
Your PII is gathered in the first two stages listed above and stored through our Website on the web host server.
How is this information used?
We use your PII to deliver your order.
We also use the PII to send mail regarding new products and activities of the Company. If you do not wish to receive these mails, you may
write to us at info@vvcos.in and we will desist from sending such mails in future.
We use your PII to troubleshoot problems on the Website, resolve disputes, enforce User Agreement, detect and protect against error, fraud and other
illegal activities and in general to improve user experience. In our efforts to continually improve our product offerings, we collect and analyze demographic,
profile and usage data about our user's activity on our site.
What information is passed to the Website from the Payment Gateway?
We use the PayUBiz Payment Gateway. We pass on the order reference number, Customer Name, product information and
order value to the gateway and receive back the same information with flags marking the success or failure of the payment transaction at the Gateway.
No details of the Customer's account is passed on to us by the payment gateway.
Are 'cookies' used on the Website?
No 'cookies' are used on the Website. We do use 'session variables' that are stored on the host server. These variables facilitate the smooth flow across
various parts of the Website. All these variables are erased when you leave the Website.
Is the gathered information shared with any third party?
Your PII is not shared with any third party.
