Website Policy - Payments

Online Payments (INR):
Orders in Indian Rupees are directed to a PayU / PayUbiz website (hereafter, referred to as the 'gateway') for payment. These are termed as 'Online' payments. Orders in currencies other than Indian Rupees require payments that are not handled on this website at present. These are termed as 'Offline' payments.

On entering the billing / shipping addresses for orders in Indian Rupees, we pass on to the 'gateway' information relating to order reference and the amount to be collected from the Customer. On the 'gateway' site, the Customers can make their payment using various options provided such as credit / debit cards, net banking, wallets etc.

The processing at the 'gateway' site does not come under our purview. On completion of the payment processing, the 'gateway' reverts control back to us. The information sent by us to the 'gateway' site is returned with indicators to show if the payment was successful or not.

No banking account or credit or debit card information is passed on to us by the 'gateway'. This information is also not stored on our website.

Successful completion of the payment process at the 'gateway' ensures immediate activation of the order.

Offline Payments (USD):
We accept 'offline' payments by cheque, demand draft or through online funds transfer to our bank account.
